Ecstatic Awakening Dance On-Line - Weds 28th January 2026

Come and join me for an online Ecstatic Dance gathering every month for the last weds of every month.

I was inspired from running this on new years eve and felt strongly coming together each month connecting and , moving our bodies and remembering our achievements each month and celebrate our “wins” and let go of the negative thought that have stood in our way.  My intention is for us to come together as one village, perhaps even a global village ,  to celebrate, move, let go of unwanted baggage, welcome in joy, presence, and intention for each month remembering our intentions and excepting the changes. Through dance, we create space to release what has not served us that month and be grateful for all things, the lessons, the growth, the wins  and consciously invite in what we wish to grow in the month ahead.

What to Wear

You are warmly invited to dress up in whatever way feels right for you. This might mean fancy dress, joyful colours, face paint, a favourite outfit, a hat — or simply your pyjamas. There is no judgement and no expectation. This is about showing up as you, unapologetically.  But be comfortable so you can move freely!

The Journey

We will begin at 7:00 PM (London time) with a gentle warm-up, a shake to shake it up and out and gradually into free expressive movement with the invite to close your eyes and dive inside. As the dance reaches its peak, you will be guided into stillness and surrender, before closing with a grounding meditation and intentional prayer. Finishes at 8:30 pm.

Arrival & Space Preparation

The Zoom room will open from  6:45 pm to allow time to connect as a community and to prepare your space. You may wish to:

• Make sure you have secure connection
• Spacious room you can move in
• Light a candle
• Burn incense or smudge
• Arrange cushions or a comfortable space for the end
• Write down intentions in your journal
• Set up speaker or earphones.

Use this time to arrive fully and set yourself up for a nourishing experience.

Energy Exchange

This gathering is offered on a sliding scale. The average contribution is £20.

• If you are struggling financially, you are welcome to pay less
• If you are feeling generous and able to support others, please consider paying more

If there are multiple people joining from one household or space, please consider choosing a higher tier or booking individually.
