I welcome you to "Sacred Mentoring," a journey designed to support individuals at various stages of their spiritual path. Each of us is on a unique journey, and our individual needs, desires, and aspirations are something to be celebrated. Whether you're just beginning or have already established a strong spiritual practice, Sacred Mentoring offers guidance and discipline tailored to your specific needs.
Working under the shamanic umbrella within a structured framework I've created, the key questions are: "What do you want?" and "What are you seeking?" These questions will guide us as we craft a personalised approach within the established framework.
Sacred Mentoring offers support, encouragement, troubleshooting, discussion, and ongoing sacred practices. The core pillars of spiritual practice are deepening your connection with the universe/the spirits and deepening your connection with yourself. Our sessions may involve journaling, creative activities, shamanic journeys, meditations, and rituals, with tasks to complete between sessions. You'll be encouraged to engage in these practices with intention, movement, creativity, and more. This journey can continue until we feel it's time to pause, or we can set a specific program duration.
One key tool we will use is shamanic journeying. If you're unfamiliar with this practice, I will teach you one-on-one, as it's an essential skill for seeking guidance from the spirits. If you'd prefer not to pursue this, we can discuss alternative approaches.
My intention is to support you in becoming fully whole and sovereign, using methods that resonate with you — movement, meditation, journeying, art, ceremonies, and more. I will be your support, your anchor, and your witness throughout this process. Everything I do is in partnership with spirit, guided by their wisdom. Our work together will be confidential, allowing you to trust and engage fully.
Getting to know you is vital to this process. Sacred Mentoring is a healing journey that guides you toward authenticity and sovereignty. To begin, please send me an email or voice message outlining your intentions, wishes, and needs. This will help us focus our work together. Afterwards, we can schedule a session on Zoom or in person. My suggestion is to meet once a month.
My wish is to empower you to become your own leader, to embrace the soul within, and to shine brightly. In our work together, you will confront insecurities, ego, and shadows while embracing both ancient and modern rituals.
Each session includes ongoing communication with me through WhatsApp or email, along with homework and intentions to work on between sessions.

Hayley has been my Sacred Mentor for 6 months, starting with a long introductory session to ascertain what I felt I needed spiritually.
