I agree to participate in a Sacred Mentoring sessions with Hayley Trezise I understand that:

• Nature of Sessions – Sacred Mentoring is a spiritual guidance practice that may involve shamanic journeying, meditation, rituals, creative work, movement and personal reflection.
• Personal Responsibility – I take full responsibility for my well-being and any choices I make based on these sessions.
• Confidentiality – All discussions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
• Not a Substitute for Medical Advice – These sessions are not therapy or a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal services.
• Payment & Cancellation – Payments are due before each session. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.
• Consent to Communication – I agree to receive follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages related to our sessions unless I request otherwise.
