Participant Consent & Acknowledgment

By attending the Seed Bearer Sweat Lodge and any shamanic dance combined with Hayley Trezise & Darren Ede, You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in an intensive spiritual and physical experience. You understand that these ceremonies may involve exposure to heat and deep emotional work.

You confirm that:

• You are in good physical and mental health to participate in the ceremony.
• You take full responsibility for your well-being before, during, and after the event.
• You understand and accept the inherent risks, including physical, mental, or emotional discomfort.
• You will inform the facilitators of any medical conditions or concerns prior to participation.
• You acknowledge that the facilitators are not medical professionals, and that this ceremony is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
• You acknowledge that the facilitators and venue are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or psychological distress resulting from participation.
• You agree to consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns about your physical or mental fitness.

You should read and understand the above terms, and agree to abide by them during your participation in the seed bearer sweat lodges & shamanic dances, led by Hayley Trezise & Darren Ede.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 day's before the scheduled ceremony will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future event.
• Cancellations made within 14 day's of the ceremony are non-refundable.
