Returns & Refund Policy

Raggedy Clothing

We hope that you are satisfied with your Raggedy Clothing but in the unfortunate event that you are not, we are here to help!

In the first instance please contact us at info@hayleytrezise.co.uk to see if we can help in any way.

To ensure a return runs smoothly we ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and to confirm in writing the reason for return.

We recommend you thoroughly check and try on your item upon receiving and ensure you are entirely satisfied before you remove any tags.

Goods MUST be returned to us in the condition you received them, without being worn, washed, damaged or used and with all tags still attached and within 14 days of receiving them.

We recommend that the parcel is returned via a recorded and insured service to us.

Once we have received the return please allow 14 days for us to process your request.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Artwork & Private Commissions – We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please get in touch.

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact at info@hayleytrezise.co.uk with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Exchange or Alteration

Exchanges are possible on clothing only. If you would like to exchange an item or require customisation after receiving it, please get in touch, and we will be happy to discuss.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Costs

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
