Spring Fast 2027: A Journey Within

Join us for another five-day deep dive experience that goes beyond the external world, guiding you deep into your inner landscape and into the arms of the ancestors and Mother Earth, who will support you all the way.
This journey is both shared and deeply personal, an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, Mother Earth, and spirit.

Each day, we will gather in the sacred sweat lodge ceremony, strengthening our bond with the Earth and the spirit within.
As we step away from the familiar comforts of daily life, such as food, smoking, phones, and books, our bodies may grow weaker, and our minds may feel unsettled as we naturally dive deeper into ourselves. Yet through this process, our spirits grow stronger.
This is a time to shed the armour we carry and surrender to a powerful healing journey into the unknown.

  • Dates: Wednesday 26th May – Sunday 30th May 2026
  • Arrival Time: 11:00 AM on 26th May
  • End Time: 12:00 PM on 30th May
  • Location: Wild camping in the woods
  • Cost: £290 (payment plans available)
  • Deposit: £100 (non-refundable) secures your place.
    If you haven’t yet paid, please do so as soon as possible and let us know once it’s done.
  • No food, just water. No distractions, just yourself.


Requirements & Preparation

To attend this fast, you must have participated in at least four sweat lodge ceremonies with us.
If you haven’t yet completed four, we can provide upcoming lodge dates for you to attend.

To apply to attend the fast, we ask that you write a 500–1,000  (no less) word reflection on why you wish to attend.  This must be typed and emailed. There is plenty of technology available, such as speech-to-text, to support anyone who prefers to handwrite first and then transfer it into typed text.

This process helps lay the foundation for why you wish to fast before your commitment and your preparation. Even if you’ve joined us before, we ask this of you.

How to Apply

  1. Send us an email of your written reflections of why you wish to fast.
  2. Once accepted, Pay your deposit to reserve your place.
  3. Complete and send the booking forms.
  4. Email both documents to sacred@hayleytrezise.co.uk
