You are invited into an immersion of deep rest, listening, and connection.

These monthly sound healings are a little more than what you may expect.  You will be invited to rest fully, surrender completely into darkness, closing your eyes so you can see more clearly.  You will be wrapped in story, spirit, song and sound, entirely intuitively led.  You may hear a drum, a rattle, a gong, singing bowls and unfamiliar sounds.  The invitation is to be taken on a journey inward or outward, to witness with all senses and be healed by the sounds of darkness.

Held in a small, intimate group, each gathering offers a safe and held container for rest, reflection, and gentle inner exploration.
