These monthly sound healing gatherings offer a place to slow down, soften and return to what lies beneath the surface of everyday life.

Through sound, voice, rhythm and guided meditation, you are supported to drop out of the thinking mind and into a more intuitive, felt sense of being. This is a space where awareness widens, where you can listen beyond words, and where subtle layers of self and surroundings begin to speak.

The experience is deeply calming for the nervous system and nourishing for the whole body. It invites a sense of remembering, of your natural rhythm, inner wisdom and the quiet intelligence that lives within and around you.

Held in a small, intimate group, each gathering offers a safe and held container for rest, reflection, and gentle inner exploration.

By booking, you agree to the following:

• Sessions run from 18:30–19:45. Please arrive a few minutes early, as late entry may not be possible once the session has begun.

• Parking information will be provided after booking confirmation.

• All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift your space to someone else (please notify in advance).

• You take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the session. Please honour your own limits and needs.

• This is a shared and respectful space; by attending, you agree to uphold this container with care.
