I'm a wAdult - Tote Bag

These tote bags are for a certain kind of person: adults who are still children at heart. The ones who never quite want to grow up, or perhaps simply can’t! Fun, cheeky, outrageous, playful and mischievous - that part of us is always there.

The word wAdult was born from a moment when I was trying very hard to be serious but simply couldn’t. I stomped my foot and declared, “I just want to be a wAdult!” — meaning adult, of course. My partner and I burst out laughing because somehow, that said it all.

I’m sure there are plenty of wAdults out there who need this bag.

To me, there’s a difference between maturity and being an adult. Maturity is taking responsibility for ourselves, our choices and our lives, including recognising and rewriting old patterns without blame or defence.

Being mature doesn’t mean losing our playful, joyful, childlike self. It means allowing that part of us, the part that existed before we were conditioned, to fully bloom. No shame. No guilt. No embarrassment. Just being unapologetically ourselves.
