We, Hayley, a shamanic practitioner and movement practitioner, and Bonnie, a breath-work practitioner, have come together to offer a unique, transformative day in South Oxfordshire.
We will welcome you to Ipsden Village Hall into a circle where we will open the space with an opening ceremony. The day begins with Hayley gently guiding you on a journey into your body. This practice allows your spirit bones to move with the indigenous presence within you. The spirits will be called to bear witness and guide you, helping release what no longer serves you through free movement. You will journey toward stillness, where an initiation into your truest self may be revealed.
Following this, Bonnie will guide you into the vitality of breathwork, where hidden stories can be seen, released, and integrated, bringing you to a place of surrender and acceptance.
This is an immersive experience, moving fluidly between spirit and body, using the sacred tools our bodies and ancestors provide, allowing deep healing and reconnection.
