Through dance, we create space to release what has not served us that month and be grateful for all things, the lessons, the growth, the wins\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e  \u003c\/span\u003eand consciously invite in what we wish to grow in the month ahead.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eWhat to Wear\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou are warmly invited to dress up in whatever way feels right for you. This might mean fancy dress, joyful colours, face paint, a favourite outfit, a hat, or simply your pyjamas. There is no judgement and no expectation. This is about showing up as you, unapologetically.\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e  \u003c\/span\u003eBut be comfortable so you can move freely!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eThe Journey\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will begin at 7:00 PM (London time) with a gentle warm-up, a shake to shake it up and out and gradually into free expressive movement with the invite to close your eyes and dive inside. As the dance reaches its peak, you will be guided into stillness and surrender, before closing with a grounding meditation and intentional prayer.
